Job Description
Level 3 BOS (PVT) Ltd is looking for a dynamic and skilled Procurement and Sourcing Lead to oversee sourcing operations with suppliers in China. This is a daytime position to accommodate Chinese time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee sourcing activities with suppliers in China.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
- Evaluate RFQ responses to inform data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 4 years of experience in global sourcing or procurement.
- Exceptional negotiation skills; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
