Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee night shift operations for our U.S.-based facilities, working remotely from our back-office operations center. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills in English and demonstrate strong remote management capabilities, with an emphasis on effective problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor operational activities to ensure seamless business continuity during night shifts.
- Collaborate with vendors to address maintenance and operational requirements.
- Resolve issues and emergencies promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare comprehensive end-of-shift reports for smooth handovers.
