Job Description
Liberty Books Pvt Ltd is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Support Officer to join our dynamic team in the Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi. In this role, you will engage with customers through phone, email, and chat, expertly addressing inquiries related to our products, pricing, and availability. You will also collaborate with various internal departments and manage data entry across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and have 2-3 years of relevant experience. Exceptional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Please note that we are only considering female applicants for this position.
