Job Description
Lime Software Logics (SMC-PVT) Limited is excited to announce an opening for the position of HR Business Partner (Talent). This is a full-time role with night shift hours from 7 PM to 4 AM, located at Bahria Town Tower, PECHS Block 2, Tariq Road.
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will oversee the entire recruitment process, manage onboarding for new employees, facilitate employee relations, contribute payroll data, and compile HR reports.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
The salary for this position ranges from Rs80,00 to Rs100,00 per month, in addition to hiring commissions. Are you ready to embrace the night shift?
