Job Description
Link HR Consultants is in search of a dynamic and personable Salesperson for our Cosmetic Section. As the representative of our beauty department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating extensive product knowledge, and guiding customers in selecting the ideal products to suit their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with cosmetic inquiries.
- Provide personalized product recommendations.
- Demonstrate the use of beauty products.
- Maintain attractive displays and manage stock.
- Stay informed about new product launches.
- Process transactions and handle returns proficiently.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements: Prior retail experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for beauty.
