Job Description
Mablay Beauty Pvt Ltd. is in search of a dynamic and seasoned Area Sales Manager with proven experience in the FMCG, cosmetics, or personal care sectors. This position, rooted in field operations, requires you to lead a sales team, enhance market presence, and forge robust relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and train the sales team.
- Monitor sales targets and report outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing for lead generation efforts.
- Advocate for our brand and its products.
- Establish and nurture relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Identify and cultivate new market opportunities.
Qualifications: A Business Degree in Marketing or a related field.
