Job Description
Mac Care is in search of a detail-oriented and seasoned Accounting & Invoicing Specialist to manage our QuickBooks system and oversee internal Excel dashboards. This role is crucial for tracking reimbursements and executing all invoice-related functions within our clinical research department. A solid foundation in accounting or finance, coupled with expertise in QuickBooks and Excel, is required.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 2 years of experience using QuickBooks and a keen eye for detail.
Work Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM CST / 6 PM to 3 AM PKST
