Job Description
Macrise Tech Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Patient Collection Associate to join our team. In this integral role, you will manage billing and collections, ensuring the issuance of accurate invoices and the prompt recovery of outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices prior to dispatch.
- Maintain organized records for all billing activities.
- Process credit memos and continually improve billing procedures.
- Monitor and manage online payments.
- Professionally address customer inquiries.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and monitor overdue accounts.
Location: Wapda Town, Lahore
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
Requirements: A minimum of 1 year in Medical Billing and proficiency in English is essential.
