Job Description
Macrise Tech Solutions is seeking a dedicated Operational Manager to oversee the administrative functions and ensure smooth operations across our multiple mental health clinic locations. This full-time position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to coordinate with teams, and a focus on compliance and accountability.
Your key responsibilities will include monitoring clinic performance, fostering inter-department collaboration, conducting team meetings, and serving as a primary point of contact for US-based clients. You will also be expected to analyze KPIs and drive process improvements.
