Job Description
Manuchar is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager HR & Admin to support our CEO in implementing HR initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will advise employees on company policies, lead recruitment efforts, develop effective onboarding and training programs, and manage performance evaluations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and overseeing global CSR activities like the ManuCare Project. You will also collaborate with the CEO to design HR strategies and enhance employee engagement to foster a positive workplace culture.
