Mars BPO is on the lookout for enthusiastic and driven Customer Sales Representatives to join our Medicare campaign team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while achieving sales goals in a fast-paced setting. Possessing excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach is crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls for Medicare sales.
• Clearly explain Medicare plans and their benefits to clients.
• Guide customers in selecting the most appropriate plans.
• Strive to meet both individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous call center or sales experience is preferred.
• Availability for night shifts is essential.

Salary: PKR 50,00 – 70,00, commensurate with experience.
