Job Description
We are seeking a disciplined Night-Shift CSR to handle inbound and outbound U.S. calls promoting auto insurance. The role involves qualifying, transferring, or closing leads while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Responsibilities: phone sales, lead generation, meeting targets, and ensuring regulatory and quality adherence.
- Requirements: excellent verbal and written English (U.S.), strong interpersonal skills, polite, punctual, disciplined, and eager to learn.
- We offer training, a supportive workplace, performance incentives, and a competitive base salary of Rs40,00–65,00/month.
