Job Type: Full-Time – 12 Hours
Mash Holdings Group of Companies is actively seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Limousine Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, coordinating transportation logistics with drivers, and ensuring smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and booking requests through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Assign bookings to drivers to ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs.
- Track vehicle movements and provide real-time updates to clients.
- Resolve service-related issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Previous customer service experience is preferred, with strong English communication skills and proficiency in booking software.
