Job Description
MEB, a reputable firm, is currently seeking an IT Support Assistant to enhance our team and deliver crucial technical support throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for all IT-related inquiries and issues.
- Install and maintain PCs, printers, and network systems.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating system and software problems.
- Assist with hardware repairs and replacements.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
- Test and evaluate new systems before implementation.
