Job Description
Medatron, a prominent leader in the Healthcare IT sector based in Pakistan, is excited to announce an opening for a Customer Service Representative at our Johar Town, Lahore office. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our US customers, ensuring they receive comprehensive information about our products while providing outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities: Assist customers through calls, deliver product information, accurately enter data into our portal, and manage follow-ups on complex cases.
Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of call center experience, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to work as part of a team.
Position Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00/month
