Job Description

Megatech Trackers (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a committed Customer Support Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you will handle inquiries and provide solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and empathetic support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
