Job Description
Metamorph Group of Companies is looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Representative to handle inbound inquiries and customer concerns through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and phone calls. This pivotal role serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients, offering guidance, answering questions, and scheduling consultations with expert counselors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Understand and fulfill customer needs.
- Schedule appointments with counselors.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Provide a friendly and welcoming customer experience.
Requirements: Previous experience in customer support is preferred, along with strong communication skills in English and Urdu. Familiarity with CRM tools is essential.
