Job Description
Metanoia is in search of a committed E-commerce Customer Support Specialist. The ideal candidate should possess experience in order management, outstanding communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm orders through Shopify and update system records accordingly.
- Reach out to customers to verify their order status.
- Ensure the accuracy of all order information.
- Respond to inquiries related to order confirmation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic familiarity with Shopify.
- Strong communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM; Location: Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
Salary: Up to Rs25,00.00/month.
