Job Description
MGA Industries Pvt Ltd is seeking a confident, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide vital support to the Director. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage communications, correspondence, and daily operations.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and responding to emails, maintaining the Director’s schedule and travel arrangements, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is preferred.
This is a full-time position based in Lahore, offering a monthly salary ranging from Rs70,00.00 to Rs100,00.00.
