Mindwhiz is seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer with a strong background in US practices to join our dynamic team as a Senior Cost Estimator. This role is essential in overseeing exciting construction projects from inception to completion.
Position: Senior Cost Estimator
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore
Salary: Rs120,00.00 – Rs200,00.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop comprehensive estimates based on project plans.
– Collaborate effectively with project teams.
– Evaluate designs to identify cost-effective solutions.
– Oversee tender documentation to ensure bidding accuracy.
Requirements:
– A minimum of 2 years of experience in US-based estimation.
– Proficiency in estimation software.
