Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Team Leader to guide our customer support team in efficiently resolving customer inquiries. Key responsibilities include monitoring service standards, collaborating with internal departments, and managing communication concerning orders, returns, complaints, and escalations. You will also be responsible for reporting on service KPIs and coaching team members to provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, along with 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role, preferably in the E-Commerce sector. Strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools are essential.
Location: Gajju Matah, Lahore. Job Type: Full-Time. Salary: Rs60,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month.
