Job Description
We are seeking talented individuals to enhance our Field Sales Team in Multan. This role primarily focuses on sales responsibilities, including acquiring new clients, managing existing engagements, and fostering close relationships with clients.
Compensation includes a base salary, daily allowance, and commission on sales.
Your responsibilities will involve:
- Visiting existing and prospective customers to meet predefined targets.
- Generating and following leads to manage sales opportunities effectively.
- Achieving individual and team sales targets within your designated area.
- Identifying customer needs and opportunities for business growth.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, under 30 years of age, substantial sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and fluency in English.
