Job Description
Multi MZ Collections is looking for a committed and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (Female) to become a valuable part of our team. In this role, you will act as the primary link between our company and its customers, addressing inquiries, handling complaints, processing orders, and providing product information.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
- Offer detailed product and service information to assist customers effectively.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Process customer orders and manage returns efficiently.
- Keep customer records updated and accurate.
- Follow up to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
Location: Near NADRA Registration Centre, Faisalabad.
Pay: Rs25,00 – Rs35,00 per month
