Job Description
Join Multi MZ Collections as an Assistant Manager! In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, support sales targets, and manage store operations. Key responsibilities include training and motivating staff, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of retail experience (1 year in a supervisory role), strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for fashion. A high school diploma is required, and a Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
