Job Description
Multi MZ Collections is seeking a dedicated HR and Payroll Officer to manage payroll processes effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing payroll accurately for employees, including salary, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Maintaining and updating employee payroll records such as attendance, leaves, and timesheets.
- Ensuring compliance with company payroll policies and legal regulations.
- Managing payroll adjustments like promotions, salary increments, and final settlements.
- Handling payroll discrepancies and addressing employee inquiries regarding salaries, deductions, and benefits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Experience: 2-5 years in payroll management.
