Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Mushko Printing Solutions as a Team Lead. In this crucial role, you will oversee regional technical operations, address escalated issues, and manage the support ticket lifecycle. Your skills in analyzing and prioritizing tickets for remote resolutions will be invaluable to our operations.
This is a 24-month contract position, offering a competitive monthly salary between Rs90,00.00 and Rs100,00.00. Candidates are preferred to hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience. Certifications in IT or printing software will be regarded as a plus.
This position requires in-person attendance and compliance with daily checklists to maintain operational efficiency.
