Job Description
Join NCRI Pakistan Pvt. Ltd. as a Payroll Executive and be a vital part of our HR team. In this role, you will:
- Manage daily HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Draft contracts and offer letters for new hires.
- Maintain organized personnel records and oversee onboarding/offboarding.
- Calculate and prepare payroll for timely disbursement of salaries.
- Coordinate HR events and serve as the main point of contact for HRMS.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
Location: Islamabad (Reliable commuting or planning to relocate is required).
