Position Summary: As an Operations Manager at Nestlé’s Distribution Center, you will oversee both inbound and outbound operations, lead a team, and make crucial decisions to drive operational efficiency.
Your Responsibilities: You will manage staff and resources, coordinate transportation logistics, ensure compliance with industry standards, implement best practices, and accept additional tasks as necessary.
Requirements: An MBA or BE with relevant experience, demonstrated initiative in projects, excellent teamwork abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP “MH Modules.”
