Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Team Leader for Operations to oversee inbound and outbound activities at our Nestlé Distribution Center. In this role, you will guide a team and ensure optimal decision-making and smooth daily operations.
Your responsibilities will include optimizing workforce efficiency, coordinating transportation logistics, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and fostering effective warehouse management practices.
Ideal candidates will possess an MBA or BE, relevant experience in Distribution Operations, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP “MH Modules”.
