Job Description
Next Gen Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a qualified HR Manager to join our esteemed organization at our Sardodha Branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for screening and shortlisting resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining records of recruitment activities. Applicants must be willing to work night shifts and effectively manage the daily operations of the HR department, including attendance and employee compensation.
Salary & Benefits: This role offers 22 working days per month, performance bonuses, secure employment, and growth opportunities. The salary package ranges from Rs 50,00 to Rs 80,00.
