Job Description
Nextech Packages is currently in search of a Production Manager to lead all gravure printing production operations. The ideal candidate will focus on maximizing output while ensuring quality standards, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage production schedules.
- Effectively allocate resources.
- Supervise machine operators.
- Maintain high-quality standards.
- Track and analyze performance metrics.
Requirements: DAE/B.Tech/BE in a relevant field, 7-12 years of experience in the flexible packaging or gravure printing industry with at least 3 years in a management role.
