Job Description
Niagara Textile Mills (Pvt) Ltd. is actively seeking a committed and professional Senior Front Desk Officer to oversee our front desk operations. In this vital role, you will ensure that guests receive prompt and courteous service while also supervising and training front desk personnel.
Your key responsibilities will include managing room assignments, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams, and professionally addressing guest requests. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management along with relevant experience in the hospitality industry. This is a full-time position that requires in-person presence.
