Job Description
Noah Tech is looking for a motivated Client Communications Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing email correspondence between clients and agents, analyzing client behaviors, assessing the quality of agent responses, and compiling reports to enhance communication strategies and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client-agent email interactions.
- Identify client behavior trends.
- Evaluate agent response quality.
- Create comprehensive reports and recommendations.
- Work collaboratively to improve client satisfaction.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
Work Hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
