Job Description
Noble Group Of Companies is seeking a key coordinator for our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge in:
- Real estate development and sales
- Project management and scheduling
- Approval and building permits
- Commercial assessment of land value
- Forecasting real estate appreciation
- Financing of real estate
- Preparation and delivery of presentations
- Marketing strategies
- Team leadership
- Crisis management and analytical skills
Qualifications: MBA in Real Estate, Sales & Marketing, or Finance; Master’s in Project/Construction Management with experience leading a team of 20+.
Age: 35-50 years. Family-oriented individuals preferred. Salary: Rs300,00.00 – Rs350,00.00 per month.
