Job Description
Novaplast Custom Molders is currently in search of a dedicated Accounts Officer to oversee and manage financial transactions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, adherence to regulations, and alignment with our corporate objectives. Key responsibilities include maintaining cash controls, preparing payroll, managing office operations, and handling daily accounting tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Compile and analyze financial data.
- Implement accounting controls and financial policies.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
- Manage documentation for contracts and tax-related matters.
- Generate invoices for customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
