Job Description
O3 Interfaces Pvt Ltd. is seeking a proactive Administrative Intern to enhance our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist with daily administrative operations, support procurement efforts, maintain inventory records, and collaborate with the IT department for basic troubleshooting. Additionally, you will help draft internal documents, facilitate meeting scheduling, and maintain organized filing systems.
Applicants must possess a completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. We are looking for individuals with foundational IT knowledge, excellent communication abilities, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
