Job Description
We urgently require a “Customer Services Representative” for our Karachi office at OmalbyKomal. The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Fashion Textile Designing.
We welcome fresh graduates as well as those with up to 6 months of relevant experience. Responsibilities include identifying new sales prospects, maintaining customer satisfaction, and responding promptly to inquiries via various channels.
Key qualifications include excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and familiarity with graphic design tools like Photoshop or Canva is an advantage.
