Job Overview:
Omni Academy Consulting & Technologies is in search of a dedicated and friendly Sales Officer. This role will serve as the initial point of contact for all visitors and inquiries, handling daily calls and emails while facilitating the admissions process. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication and organizational skills, complemented by a strong customer service orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors.
- Manage inquiries while addressing and resolving concerns.
- Undertake general administrative tasks.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
