Job Description
Optimal IT Solutions in Karachi seeks a full-time, in-person Logo Sales Chat Specialist for the 5 PM–2 AM shift. The specialist will convert inbound chats (WhatsApp, website, social) into logo sales by qualifying client needs, presenting packages, closing transactions, and maintaining CRM records with timely follow-ups.
- Proven chat-based sales experience; design/branding background preferred
- Excellent written communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with chat platforms and CRM systems
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
