Job Description
Orient Biz Tech is seeking experienced call center agents with exceptional communication skills for a night shift position from 7 PM to 4 AM, including a one-hour break. Please apply only if you can commit to this schedule.
The role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, providing information on new products, discounts, and services. Candidates must be able to respond to customer inquiries and maintain confidentiality in all communications.
Additional responsibilities include documenting customer interactions, identifying sales opportunities, and updating customer information in our database.
