Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Purchaser Cum Floor Supervisor to manage procurement and oversee grocery store operations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong experience in grocery retail, inventory management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate with suppliers for quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor inventory and manage timely stock procurement.
- Supervise floor staff for an organized sales area.
- Implement merchandising strategies to enhance customer experience.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Maintain purchase records and prepare management reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs37,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
