Job Description
Join Pentagon Food Group Ltd as a Customer Sales Representative, where you will oversee assigned accounts and drive sustainable growth through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies. This on-site role demands a strong commitment to customer service excellence and a results-driven sales approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process online and phone orders.
- Conduct daily assigned calls to clients.
- Enhance overall customer experience.
- Maintain sales growth while minimizing churn.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Food & Beverage or FMCG sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Work Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Sunday – Friday). Salary: Rs55,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month.
