Job Description
Department: Retail Banking
Reports To: General Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Branch Network Manager to lead and oversee a network of branches. The successful candidate will drive business growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and cultivate robust customer relationships. Key responsibilities include achieving targets related to deposits, loans, and profitability while promoting a culture of high performance within the team.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree is preferred
– 10+ years of banking experience in leadership roles
– Strong understanding of banking operations and compliance
– Exceptional leadership and analytical skills
– Proficiency in MS Excel
Salary: Rs250,00.00 – Rs400,00.00 per month
