Job Description
PEOPLE PVT LTD is actively seeking a qualified Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic team in Lahore. The selected candidate will play a vital role in managing onboarding and orientation processes for new staff. Responsibilities include ensuring candidates are fully informed about necessary documentation and assisting them with their recruitment packs. Additional key duties encompass conducting exit interviews, ensuring timely completion of EMF gratuity DSR and cheque files, and maintaining employee records on our client’s administrative portal.
Candidates should possess a BBA or MBA in Human Resources, with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Office is essential, along with strong administrative skills. This is a full-time, in-person position.
