Job Description
PEOPLE PVT LTD is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to lead front office operations in Lahore. The role requires supervising front desk, concierge, and guest relations teams; managing check-ins/check-outs, reservations, VIP arrivals, and guest issue resolution; supporting occupancy forecasting and room revenue; training staff, enforcing SOPs, preparing reports, and handling schedules.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years in front office or duty management at reputable hotels.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication, sound decision-making, ability to multitask under pressure; proficient with Opera/Oracle Cloud PMS and MS Office.
