Job Description
PepsiCo is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our end-to-end recruitment efforts in Pakistan. This essential position will require close collaboration with business leaders and HR Business Partners to establish high-performing teams.
The key responsibilities of this role include managing the full recruitment cycle, achieving key hiring performance indicators, and improving the candidate experience. The ideal candidate will possess 4-6 years of recruitment experience, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or an MBA. Additionally, you will champion diversity and inclusion initiatives and lead the integration of global Talent Acquisition tools.
