PISTOWL is currently searching for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Incharge to lead our housekeeping team effectively. This pivotal role demands a proactive leader who possesses a keen eye for detail and exceptional people management skills.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all housekeeping operations, create and manage work schedules, monitor inventory levels, conduct routine inspections, train and mentor staff, collaborate with various teams, and manage departmental budgets efficiently.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, proven leadership abilities, and outstanding communication skills are essential for this role.
