Job Description
We are on the lookout for a motivated and dynamic individual to manage our fuel station operations while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the fuel pumps.
- Oversee staff and manage shift activities effectively.
- Ensure swift and courteous service at all times.
- Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards at the station.
- Monitor fuel readings and report daily sales accurately.
Requirements:
- Preferred experience in fuel stations or retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and well-presented.
