Job Description
Power Highway is currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Multifunctional Task Operator (MTO). In this position, you will manage daily online orders while ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries via phone and email and confirming payment transactions.
Your responsibilities will also include dispatching orders, tracking their status with courier services, and keeping customers informed throughout the delivery process.
