- Managing centralized employee information through HRIS / ERP systems
- Ensuring accuracy of time records via biometric attendance systems
- Integrating payroll components and automating financial calculations
- Generating comprehensive reports for management review
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA), with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Salary range: Rs 45,00 – Rs 50,00 per month.
